You can be referred to Michael by your GP, Psychiatrist or other relevant health professional. Simply ask your referrer to send a letter, fax or email to him including your contact details and a brief outline of your circumstances.

Once we have your referral, our administration office will contact you within 24 hours to arrange your initial appointment. We aim not to put you on a waiting list. If you are waiting for a professional to send us a referral, please feel free to contact us yourself in the meantime to speed the process along.

Alternatively, you can contact our administration office directly yourself to make a self-referral. Our administration office will ask you for some details and to briefly outline your reasons for wanting to use our service to ensure that we can help. If we cannot, we will direct you to where you may be appropriately helped. 

We will also discuss methods of payment and if you want to use private medical insurance you may find that you need to meet with a psychiatrist first to validate a claim. In this case our administration office can help you arrange this too (please also see ‘Fees & Insurance’ page).
