Bereavement and Grief are normal processes that are experienced when people are faced with a sense of major personal loss and feel that they have ‘been robbed of something valued’. It often occurs when someone close to us dies, however people can experience the same process of grief in the face of other kinds of loss. Adjusting to this loss can be difficult and people can feel stuck along the way. Psychological therapy can help to facilitate this grief and adjustment process.
